Blink 182 was added to the main stage on Sunday night after Frank Ocean pulled out of the festival’s second weekend following a leg injury and a controversial weekend performance. (The punk trio, which reunited last weekend, played Coachella’s Sahara Tent on Friday night.)

Skrillex, Fred again.. and Four Tet will play the main stage Sunday at 10:25pm followed by an hour-long set from Blink-182. A representative for Coachella declined to comment on the addition.

Fred again.. teased the performance on his Instagram with a pair of cryptic stories, one of which read, “Ok I can’t believe I’m saying this again but does anyone know where Sunny is? [Skrillex] “An Unexpected Journey [sic].”

Sources close to the festival say the trio will play around the main stage’s satellite stage, which was originally built to serve as an ice skating rink during Frank Ocean’s set but was not used during the show. (There will be no snow on this satellite platform this Sunday.)

The show will mark the trio’s first appearance together since their February 18th hit at Madison Square Garden, which sold out the venue in two minutes. The five-hour show followed the trio’s pop-up performances in conjunction with Skrillex’s album. Quest for Fire, released a day before the MSG show. Skrillex also released a second album. Don’t go too closeDuring the MSG set, the two new albums marked his first full-length releases since 2014 Intermission. Skrillex, Fred again.. and Four Tet — known as the Pangbourne House Mafia, who gave their early recording sessions in Pangbourne, England — represent three generations of dance music, and the show marks another peak moment for each artist. While each has played Coachella solo and other projects before — Fred’s breakout year kicked off last April with a pair of critically-acclaimed Coachella 2022 sets — this Sunday’s show will mark their biggest set together yet.

The trio has worked together on collaborations, including their most recent “Baby Again,” which is currently at No. 19 on the Hot Dance/Electronic Songs chart.
