Buckingham Palace is said to be “considering all options” over the increased royal race row in England following Piers Morgan’s intervention.

The royal family’s names were said to have been misprinted and journalist Scobie denied in writing that he had identified the individuals. Dutch publisher Xander learned how the mistake happened and took copies of Scobie’s books from retailers.
Morgan said the British public had a “right” to know who was at the center of the allegations. He named them during a monologue on his show and shared a clip on his Twitter (now X) account, where he has 8.7M followers.
Most major UK publications do not follow suit in identifying the royal family. Morgan said he was “outraged” that the press was withholding names. “Why should the British people be prevented from knowing what the Dutch know about our royal family?” he tweeted.
A former CNN anchor has accused Scobie of lying without naming the royal family. Scobie declined to comment when contacted by Deadline, but told ITV this morning: “I have never submitted a book bearing their names, so I can only speak of my version. I’m obviously frustrated.”
Glass And Daily Mail Buckingham Palace has said it is considering options, including legal action, over the scandal. The palace declined to comment when contacted by Deadline.
Without naming their accuser, Prince Harry and Markle first made allegations about Archie’s skin color during their infamous Oprah Winfrey interview in 2021.
They alleged that an unidentified member of the monarchy had raised “concerns and conversations about how dark her skin would be when she was born”.
