Netflix has apologized after a glitch delayed the highly publicized live broadcast of its hit dating show.
The Love is Blind reunion airs on Monday at 20:00 BST (15:00 ET) in a pre-recorded broadcast.
Fans of the show, where couples get engaged before ever even seeing each other, took to social media to express their frustration.
The technical reason for the delay is unclear, but the streaming giant said it was “incredibly sorry”.

While some viewers in the US were able to watch the stream 75 minutes after its scheduled start time, most were met with a screen reading “There is a problem with the live stream”.
Netflix announced delays as time progressed and at 02:30 BST – 90 minutes after the start – the streaming giant apologized and told fans it would film the episode instead.
“To everyone who stayed up late, woke up early, gave up on Sunday afternoon… we are incredibly sorry that the Love Blind Live Reunion didn’t happen as we planned.” Netflix tweeted in a statement.
“We’re filming it right now and will get it on Netflix as soon as humanly possible. Again, thanks and apologies.”
Netflix didn’t give a reason for canceling the livestream, but show host Vanessa Lachey hinted it was a technical error in a live video on Instagram: “Obviously we broke the internet.”
After successfully streaming a Chris Rock stand-up special in March this year, this is Netflix’s second attempt to bring the live event to its viewers.
The comic routine was broadcast mostly without fault, with only a handful of users reporting problems via social media at the time, but technical glitches prevented the Love Blind livestream from starting for most people.
Downdetector, which monitors websites, said more than 10,000 people in the U.S. said the website was down during the stream.
Angry fans took to social media to vent their frustration, and Netflix even retweeted US Congresswoman Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez — who joked that the show needed a hero — from an earlier episode.

But the decision to delay the reunion came as a shock, with UK fans who had opted to sleep on the livestream waking up to find the episode unavailable.
Some called the delay in putting the episode online unacceptable, while others pointed out that it meant spoilers were now circulating on social media.
And some global viewers have also said that they are not interested in watching the show.
