Kaitlyn Clark set the WNBA single-season assist record

Caitlin Clark continues to etch her name into the history books.

Indiana Influenza Incident Set WNBA single-season assists record On Friday night, she posted her 317th of the season in a 78-74 loss to the Las Vegas Aces, breaking the mark set by Alyssa Thomas (Connecticut Sun) last year.

With five minutes to go, Clark, 22, knocked down an inbounds pass to a charging Kelsey Mitchell, who drove to the hoop and sank a layup, giving her five assists on the night.

This comes less than two months after he set the single-game assist record (19) in a loss to the Dallas Wings.
